Leah Hawkins, the daughter of legendary "Rompin Ronnie Hawkins" was born with music in her genes. She began showing her true colours as a performer at the age of three, when she would sing one of her Dad's hits, "Bo Diddley", to the countless musicians that flowed in and out of the Hawkins Life. This includes the likes of Kris Kristofferson, Robbie Robertson, Levon Helm, Rick Danko, Garth Hudson, John Lee Hooker, Gordon Lightfoot, Bob Seger, Dolly Parton, Bob Dylan, Charlie Rich, and many many other great artists.
